I am a RN and also have a balloon decorating business. I wanted to get into real estate investing because I am very in debt due to going to full-time nursing school and not having an income and taking out student loans and using my credit cards! I cannot borrow because my debt to income ratio is high so my only option is assigning. I brought the books two months ago and am getting ready to starting contacting owners. I am very inspired by everyone especially Laura and Carol from NJ as well. Hope to post a success story real soon.
