I found my mother-in-law friend and she is 85 years old. She wants to sell the house. The house is in an excellent location and it lists at 345K. The house is pay off and this lady lives by herself. She said every weekend someone comes ask to buy her house.
What steps I need to do?

find out what the comps are on similar houses in the exact area and see if this is a good deal.just do some talking ...or should i say LISTENING to her and see what you can buy this for.have you started a buyers list yet ? have you read deans books ? keep studying on this site and you will know what to do next.
