Start reading. Read, read and read some more. I am assuming you have Dean's books already and have read or are reading them. If not, do it! You have to learn different techniques that you can use and decide which one you want to pursue. For example, wholesaling, probates, lease options, etc.
This is not an easy business. It will take a LOT of work but if you make up your mind that you will not be denied success and just DO it, it is possible!
