I bought Dean's book in October of 2007. I bought my first investment property in January 2008 and knew that I would never stop.

I have been working for one of the "BIG 5" banks since 1998. I am blessed to have the job I do, but down the road I would like to be self-employed working in real estate full time. I am building towards that future.

I was honored to be interviewed by Dean at the E.D.G.E. event (4/09) in lovely Phoenix, AZ. I've had success finding financing in non-traditional ways and I was happy to share some of that for the people that attended. I had a blast and can't thank Dean and his awesome staff enough!
