Hello all,
I am a contractor, and an outfitter, and now also looking to be an REI. I have been doing remodeling, new construction on residential property for 20+ years. I am getting tired of the wear and tear and making no money, I am looking to start rehabbing houses for myself in the mean time also running my other business which is outfitting for deer and turkey. You all are welcome to check out my website at www.bboutfitting.com I just purchased deans book, and I'm looking to get in the game. I am soaking up all of the info I can get, cause I havn't been able to find any work in this area lately, and I'm tired of it. Being a carpenter and contractor for the public is a waste of my time, I want to use my skills to find and rehab and start building my portfolio in the investment arena.
