OfflineCPA working mostly corporate jobs for over 20 years. I want something more than an office job and have been reading Dean's books for 2 years. I have previously owned a 4-unit complex that did not work out very well for me though I gained a tremendous amount of experience. I feel that real estate is the way to go as I plan for the next 20 years. I am ready to take the leap - I need something that is more fulfilling than 50-60 hour work weeks that really offers nothing more than a paycheck. My plan has 3 layers: 1) Find and assign properties; 2) Fix and flip; 3) Own rental homes. I do have a decent network of contacts as I have lived here the vast majority of my life, but it could be better. My ultimate goals involve eliminating debt and ultimately taking myself out of an office job by working with my real estate business. I want to start with "starter homes"..3/4 bedrooms and 1/2 bathrooms. Price range - $0 - $200,000. I am also looking at property management due to the current need existing in this market.

Very inspirational. I have worked in one of the largest companies in the world over the past 17 years. I am so tired of an office job that I could scream! This and other videos are slowly (sorry - too conservative) pushing me to get out of that grind into something that is truly mine. I will be "dealing" soon...Thanks!
