any tips for beginners? i would love them, i am so nervous and anxious at the same time.i want to start asap with minimal downtime if any, if there is any loops out there, just need to get some money flowing. be nice to me i am new to this peticular program, i have tried others and i am real hopeful on this one.

I am a newbie, also. Been invoved since late August, but yet to complete a deal...it will be done soon though.

My advice; read Dean's books, Profit From Real Estate Right Now and Your Town Your Real Estate Profits are the latest ones. Once you've read them; read them again, take notes and most of all; take SOME type of ACTION daily (baby steps are OK)!

Become active on this site and participate in the forums. Ask questions (the only dumb ones are those not asked). Everyone here started like us and are more than happy to help and genuinely care about our success. You will see; trust me.

thanks so much for the welcome! my books will be arriving in the mail soon and i cant wait to read them,
i am in Indianapolis,IN, hoping to make some deals in my own town and then venture into other cities once im established in my training and on my feet.
