Write down why you are curious about real estate (because we all need a reason to stretch ourselves to get out of our comfort zones). Decide what type of real estate you prefer- single family homes (3/2, 2/3, 3/1, 2/1); condos, townhouses, duplexes, etc. Next, learn about that type of property. Use this site as a resource to aid you as you progress in your personal growth efforts. Find your chosen type of real estate and make offers. When an offer is accepted, write up a contract for it. Repeat process. Get a real estate attorney to help you with your contracts.
