I remember the feeling to of can't hardly wait to get started. As long as I have been doing this (and have closed 21 cash deals without using any of my own money...other than gas money to drive around and look for ugly houses..lol)I still an so excited to get started everyday. It is so fun to me working daily with real estate and calling on these houses and talking to investors...I think you will be so blessed like so many of us are. The key is to get in there and read Deans books, read the message board and ask many questions to the old pros on here (like Randy..Randy is a super nice guy) and just put all your effort into your real estate. There has never been a better time in all of history to be involved in RE. You are here at the perfect time and I wish you all the best and can't wait to hear bout your first deal!
