I am a novice investor and looking
for private money lenders.
I am new to Texas and really don't
feel comfortable dealing with hard
money lenders. Does anybody know what
would be best way to start it.

in my experience on here,i would stay active posting and learning and building relationships on here as much as you can.you will be amazed at the networking capabilities after you have established a learning,sharing,active action plan right here on this site.I know there r many examples of pml on this site but i cannot lead u directly to them.keep posting and i am sure someone will give u links to exactly what u r looking for.
