Can someone explain "Subject To" in a simple way? Is this a good way to get into a home w/poor credit and no money down?
I've been working on this for a short while and still haven't done my first deal yet, but have come close. I'm not giving up!
Meanwhile, we are paying way too much rent and want to find a great deal on a nice home (we are looking for 3200-3800 SF) with a creative strategy. What methods can you recommend? Lease/Purchase, Owner Financing...Subject To?
