I have been around the world, done alot of different things. From freelance writer, to prop hand for the circus and carnivals, merchant marine, cook, taxi driver, big rig driver, oil rigs, etc. The list could go on. I own and operate my tree service, "The Tree Stooges", but it hasn't done well lately, and I'm pretty broke.
I'm an ordained minister, and want to help all those that I can, but that takes money, of which I have none. I will not live on clerical tithing, I pay my own way. I carry my ministry with me. No building, no overhead. No cost to those who seek theological guidance. No need to pass any cost on to those already in a bad way.
I'm starting to feel my years. I can still throw lumber, bring down a tree, but when it used to be fun to climb the big trees, I now find it rather painful, as my body is starting to betray me, what with all the hard milage over the years.
My weakness is been math. Still can't divide. The government started the New Math thing when I was in early grade school, and it killed my ability for math, totally. I just found out recently that they switched back to the old
math, 'cause the New Math didn't work. Go figure.
So here I am gettin' into a numbers racket.
Again, go figure.
Just goes to show, this ol' dog kin learn ANY new trick.
