I’m 29 married with two boys 3 and 1 and also a home owner. I always seem to be thinking, sleeping, talking and dreaming about Real Estate Investing as my way out into financial freedom. I bought dean curse loved it I still haven’t made my first anything not sure way, but I’m guessing Courage IS a key word for me I will do anything to get my family into financial freedom. Willing to help anyone on anything I can, because what goes around comes around.

Thanks for replying, I filled out more info about me like you ask. I’m just at a fresh start, I will do what ever it takes to be successful if you need any help around this area just get in contact with me. Now I have a friend that is losing there house his been paying for 5 years I think the house is about a little over 100K is in pretty good condition they are thinking about just walking out the house leaving it to the bank. they only missed about two payments is a ranch style house with garage if you were interested or see a possibility of a profit I’m willing to help you close this deal from here as long as you guide me so I may learn, and about paying me what ever comes to your heart, as long as I learn how to work this system in anyway we can be great investors when you already one.

I’m not sure if this info makes any since, but I guess is a start if you need more info which I’m guessing you do just let me know.
