I got a couple of builders/investors good friends of a friend of mine. Looking for properties, good deals, good location. I thought about foreclosures, owner financing. Great potential for profits. It seems that financing and or repairments is not going to be an issue. I need to start making money right away. Lost my job 3 weeks ago. Everything happens for the best. My real state license has been inactive for years I was working in another field, Psychology. Any advise. I thought about expired listings. They are looking for excellent deals, profits!! Please advise.
