About Me:
I am currently in the Military but I am looking to get in the game because I plan to get out of the military at some point. I am currently wholesaling to build up cash so I can buy and hold. I have a few deals I am working on now. If any one is looking to buy in St. Louis area let me know. I current am trying to wholesale a three property deal for 105,000 and they are bringing 1,900 a month with a potential for 3,100 when fully rented.
