I have purchased several properties and the number one thing I need to to is be conservative. With that said, how did you come up with 350,000 for FMV.

I am interested if the numbers can work. I am the direct buyer and have the funds.

I came up with the FMV by doing comps in the area, you can also check it out on zillow.com
