busines cards for word of mouth advertising.

Pilot Dan's picture

Hello my name is Dan Migas and I am looking for some ideas on well written business cards that work well for handing out to people as part of our word of mouth/personal contact referral efforts. Any tips or samples would be greatly appreciated. I am a corporate Gulfstream pilot and currently am in the Middle East on an extended trip. I am working through Dean's course while on this trip and looking forward to getting home and buying our first property. I have spent today working on my personal and investment goals for the next 10 years and am wanting to take care of the business cards before I return. Thanks.

Welcome to the DG website community. The website is packed with a lot of great information and inspiration. In regards to business cards, sometimes the most simple work the best. You can get 1,000 black and white cards from an office supplies super store like Staples or Office Max.

The cards should just have "We buy and Sell houses, any condition any area", your name and a number to reach you. You never want to not have someone call you because they believe you may not have an interest in their property.

Thus, through calls you may find some great deals, be able to network or find out about other leads. Good luck with real estate investing. Believe and Achieve! Smiling - Joe

Credit repair service

Thanks Joe for responding to my request about the business cards. I will have them waiting for me when I return to the states. I would like to hear from someone who has used the credit repair service that Dean recommends. My credit is not bad and we have no dept except our house but did go through some hard times a few years ago. Aviation has it's ups and downs. Pardon the pun. Anyways, just wondering how that worked for some of you that have used it. How long did it take, how many points did it improve your credit score and was it a fairly simple and straight forward process? Thanks for any input from the group. Make it a great day.
