Im new to the DG family and a new investor as well. Using Dean;s strategies I have started bulding my buyers list. Buyers are emailing me thier prefrences and Im a bit overwhelmed.Can anyone help me with calculating ARV of a property? I was thinking maye an appraiser can help with that ut if there is a way that U can calculate the ARV just y viewing the property, I would prefer to learn to do that. All suggestions are greatly appreciated.
