Hi everyone, my name is Charles and I am hear to learn. I have a strong finance background in Private Equity and Investment Banking with an emphasis on International Energy and Infrastructure projects. I also have been very involved in financing many commercial properties directly, however, when it comes to making money in residential I am very very new to this. I became interested after hearing more about IEE, and I am trying to understand the risks and rewards, and begin making offers.
