OfflineHello and thanks for visiting my profile. Just a little bit about me and why I am here. I have always had a interest in real estate but never pursued it as a career. With everything going on with our economy its obvious now is the best time to get involved. And this is an opportunity i thought my generation would never see(1976) Ive made 1 real estate purchase in the past for a co-op i currently live in. And have been searching the internet for 1 year now looking for my first investment property. I just finished Deans book, "Be a Real Estate Millionaire" and cant tell you how much I enjoyed it and am looking forward to applying some of the techniques he discussed. What I hope to get out of creating this profile and joining deans online community is advice and guidance on my future real estate transactions. I also would like to meet people in my area (11234) who are interested in investing in real estate and who may have advice and/or information about investments in my home town.
