We listened to you this Tuesday with Dean and learned so much. We have also read all your info. in The Edge 2010 and also in Dean's books. We joined Dean's Academy the last of July, 2010 and the SFL program too. We have studied many hours learning about real estate. We just sent out many, many post cards to cash buyers like you said and are waiting to hear from them. We also have been interviewing RE Agents. We do not know if you are aware of the laws about Assignments of Contract in Texas or not. We heard this afternoon from a RE Agent, a friend of ours in the RE business for over 20 years and who knows the laws in Texas, that mortgage companies and banks in Texas are no longer taking Assignments of Contract. This is what we had planned on doing as investors. Now if this law is true in Texas, we will need to go to Plan B. We are elderly young ladies and do not want the responsibility of renting and leasing properties like you have done. We need some suggestions from you since you have been a top student in Dean's RE program. If we could dream, we would like for one of your investors to contact us and maybe come to Texas. Our other dream would be for Dean and you to come to Texas and help us get started. It does not hurt to dream!! We are very excited and eager to start our new journey in life.
