I am a retired Air Force veteran from originally from Brooklyn, NY living in Columbia, SC. After 20 years of service to our country, I realized I wanted to have more control of my time (employment neither allows or compensates for it adequately). Real estate investing has long been the one thing I've believed and studied, that provides the most bang for the buck where investing is concerned.
Currently, I'm involved in brokering cash flows. After reading Profit From Real Estate Now by Dean, I am rethinking my strategy. Cash flows will definitely be a weapon in my arsenal, but I want to focus on obtaining properties. Dean's book has helped me put things in their proper perspective.
