OfflineI'm 22 years old and just getting into real estate investing. I've read two of Dean's books, Profit From Real Estate Right Now and Your Town Your Real Estate Profits, and loved them both. I also recently enrolled in Dean's Success Academy, the people there are full of information and ready to help with any questions I have (as stupid as they may be).
I'm partnered with my dad who has almost 30 years experience in residential and commercial construction. Our main focus is wholesaling single family homes in Alabama, once we have enough capital we eventually want to get into buying and holding properties.
At the moment we're looking for more cash investors to pass our wholesale deals to. We're also open to partner with investors who are willing to fund the fix and flip deals we come across. We're willing to find the deals, renovate the property, and find the buyer. All the investor would have to do is fund the deal. If anyone here is interested in partnering up to rehab properties or needs help with rehabbing a property in Alabama please don't hesitate to PM or call me.
