I am a New Home Agent currently working at a development in San Diego, CA. My husband and I have owned several homes over the years. We have also managed our own rentals. Sometimes we did well in real estate, while other times were stressful and met with a loss. Two years ago we walked away from our rental property during this past market meltdown. We look forward to investing wisely now that we're educated by Dean. Just getting started with wholesaling in the
city of Temecula, and surrounding areas within Riverside county! I also run a small room and board business within my Dad's guest houses, serving the mental health community of San Diego County. Can't wait to let go of that part of my life once we start making some money by flipping and fixing!
