I see you are a wanna be investor. You have to change that. You are an investor. Even though you are just getting started you have to have the mindset that you are already an investor. There is a saying we have on here "Fake it till you make it" and it is true. I have been at this for about six weeks but I never told anyone I was new. Every contact or buyer I have called, I tell them that I am an investor looking for new buyers. There is no such thing as a wanna be investor. You either are or you aren't. You have to decide. Once you do that it will help your confidence a lot!
