I am an investor looking for investor who would be willing to loan my company money to buy house in the area I live in. I get houses at wholesale prices, but my cash flow is gone and I need someone who has cash to loan my company money to buy these killer deals.

I am willing to pay 10 percent interest on any loan given to my company and if its a big deal and takes a lot of cash, I would be willing to even split the profits 50/50 with the cash investor along with pay them back the money they loaned me.

I need cash and I need to find someone who is willing to loan out their cash and just sit back a let me do the work and they collect a lot of money for doing nothing but loaning out money to my company.
