I bought Dean's book several months ago and I'm embarrased to say that I haven't been able to complete a single deal. Lack of time is my biggest enemy. I already have a 70 hr/week job in the federal gov.

I have found some great opportunities along the way, but lenders a very leary about the market in Vegas.

I keep trying and will update my book when I put my first deal to bed.
