About Me:
I am a 28 yr old veteran living near Ft. Lauderale, FL. I hurt my back while in the service and can really no longer do the physically challeging work I have experience doing (heavy machinery/equiption technician). So, my disability combined with a strong desire to make a change in my life lead me to Dean's program. I am preparing myself to make a first deal but like most other times, I am scared that my first deal will be a flop, ruin my credit, and/or destroy any furthur motivation to succeed with real estate.
