Hi!

My husband and I run JM Realty together.

I am a retired Elementary School Principal. I retired early after 25 years of service so that I could rest; spend more time with my family, and try other things before I am too old to enjoy it. My husband is a Security Manager for a major food corporation. He is still working but plans to retire in 4 or 5 years.

We are working with real estate investment to supplement our income. We want to work smart as well as hard. We believe that becoming a millionare via this program is a goal worth pursuing.

Interests: 
I love reading, writing, music and gardening. My husband loves fishing, bowling and we both love to travel. Together we make a great team. We've been married for 42 years.

I had to laugh when I read your post, because I have been wondering the same thing. I'm guessing wherever this site originates is 5 hours east of the Central Standard Timezone, USA. I haven't checked into where that might be yet.

As far as the name "Lurker", there are several different levels that you can reach depending on the number of posts you make, Lurker being level 1. I'm not sure how often they update it. I'm still at "Site Participant". Don't worry, it's not a negative thing.

Glad to have you join us. You'll find reading through the forums very informative, please don't hesitate to ask questions or ad your 2 cents.
