I'm a Philippine lady arrived here in the US 7 July 2005. I'm married to Bill he is a disabled veteran. We are presently here in Ohio, and I would like to get into a business that would support both of us also something that we both could enjoy. I would like to settle past debt/accounts of my husband which made him more sick, because the credit card companies that he had bad prior debts from his previous marriage is always following him. We would love be able to purchase a mansion house beyond all aspects to live and have a wide variety of fruits and vegetable garden so that we can donate to the local charities and to the needy people.

March 15th, 2008 | posted by Eagle Investmen...I'm new to this game however, I've bought and sold many RE properties over the years for mine and my familiy's use. The time is right in this (buyer's) market to start purchasing properties in a local area that is seeing a resurgence. For the time being, keeping these properties as rentals and then fixing and flipping in a better (seller's) market in the future. That's the plan. Nothing "earth shattering"!!

March 15th, 2008 | posted by Eagle Investmen...Owned and operated 3 sucessesful businesses over the last 20+ years. Bought and sold 4 primary residences over that time period. Now it's time to do it for $$$. Starting to build my RE portfolio now that wer'e in a down (buyers) market. I have a "hot" area nearby that is an older town that is seeing a re-surgence. Lot's of new commercial offices, shopping centers etc. and an new, revitalized downtown are making this area "prime" for rental units. The plan is to start to accumulate rental properties at the rate of 3-4 per year over the next 10. Then sell off 1/2 and be a landlord/rent collector to fund my retirement years.
