I'm new to this game however, I've bought and sold many RE properties over the years for mine and my familiy's use. The time is right in this (buyer's) market to start purchasing properties in a local area that is seeing a resurgence. For the time being, keeping these properties as rentals and then fixing and flipping in a better (seller's) market in the future. That's the plan. Nothing "earth shattering"!!
