I am starting from Square 1(again). I watched the Friday 9/14/12/ & Sunday 9/16/12 webcasts. I have 3 of Dean's books and no $$, right now for Insider Elite / Boots on the Ground / Success Academy/ Master Minds / Edge or any of that.

I say right now,...because I'm @ " Enough is Enough ". Sick & tired of being sick & tired !!

I purchased the books in early 2009, my mom passed in May 2009. In June 2009 I met a young lady & we got married June 2011,..we worked another business. Are now in divorce, thus the Square 1.

I have "Be a RE Millionaire", "Profit from RE Right Now", and "Your Town, Your RE Profits"

**Which should I focus on to get myself on the fastest track to quick wholesaling money ??

ANYWAY HERE IS THE 2 WEEK IN THIS DEAN BUSINESS AND WILL MAKE A SUCCESS......Well today is the 14th day that I am doing this Dean thing EXCITEMENT ENTHUSIASM AND JOY in ANTICIPATION OF MY NEW FOUND CAREER YES CAREER

IT IS GOING SLOW FOR ME REAL SLOW BUT WITH NO MONEY NO CREDIT I AM STRAPPED PRETTY MUCH BUT WILL GET OUT FROM HERE SOON.

Well to sum everything up:
have a few realtors
HAVE 2 BUYERS(POTENTIAL)
have access to my own title account
have access to foreclosure data
located a few properties and now am learning Deans strategies.
got through "Profit from real estate" and are going onto READING round number 2
Will keep on posting ads
will make signs today for the neighborhoods
my doctor wants to buy properties

I challenge everyone to study successful people & listen to their stories. Go to your local Investor meetings every month & hang out with the most successful investors & ask them how they got started & you'll find one answer, "they never quit moving forward, no matter how hard it got" Some, it took 4yrs to get off the ground.

As a coach for Dean, one of the neat things I get to do is talk to several of you each day on the phone. It is always a kick to hear about the success that is going on out there. I get to hear so many success stories that staying up for my job is very easy. The common thread that I find with those who succeed is that they stick to the basics and do not try to reinvent the wheel.

What am I talking about? Maintaining a good buyer's list is one. Having effective agents finding the right properties. Making the amount of offers needed to succeed. Keeping a pipeline full in all of these areas.

It can be done. Work hard and keep to the basics and the success will come. Help is available if you run into a problem. Take advantage of us. The coaches are here for you.

I want to share that I started accepting rent online about 3 months ago using http://www.payrentchex.com Since then I have monitored it very closely to see if it is efficient for my company and staff. It is inexpensive but I wanted to make sure it was a benefit. The system has cut our paper use in half. We receive half the checks we used to get and we are not sending many paper notices/invoices any longer. My property managers have had less and less in arrears. They have collected more late fees because residents pay the late fee online instead of in person. This has been a huge success story for my company. I look forward to sharing more info when it comes along

Hello to everyone here and the entire Dg family. Just wanted to share my first success story with all that are still working towards that first one. I just completed my first assignment and recieved my check from the title company for $7,600 on July 12,2012. Not even a week later yesterday on July 17th I picked up a second check for $2,000 for a simple referral to a cash buyer. Didnt even do an assignment on that one. I am extremely grateful to Dean and all the helpful informative post from everyone on the site. I called my dad screaming for joy with this good news, and the first thing he asked me was "IS THIS LEGAL"??

Hello and thank you for reading my post. I live in Los Angeles, California. I hope you can help me. I have contacted over 70 agents and worked with 10. None of the agents have been particularly receptive. I would greatly appreciate if you could recommend an agent in Los Angeles that you'd had a success with.
