Think a Little Different

I've read a couple of Dean's books. I was just wondering if his Think a Little Different course is worth the money.

Does the Think a Little Different course really offer any information that isn't covered in his Be A Real Estate Millionaire or Profit From Real Estate Right Now books?

Nothing is going to stop me. I have been looking for a realtor for few months I could not found one that is willing to work with me the way I want them to. I decide I will just take the course and get my license. Well now I have the license and all my contact or team member in place. I do this not only for myself but also for people in MA that may need help with searching for listing on the MLS or sending offers. Do not hesitate to contact me for help. I am also looking for people who want to partners on deals.

Has Any One used the 5-7day Auction process that Dean talks about in last book?

I HAVE BEEN TO MANY BANKS TO TRY AND GET FINANCING FOR A3BDRM 1 BTH SFR THAT I HAVE LOCKED UP ON CONTRACT TO ASSIGN. i have not gotten my buyers list built up enough to creat a buyer for this assignment even though it is an investors deal at approx $160-$200 cashflow after all expenses depending on how it is financed!! every bank i talk to wants a a down payment of 20-30% sooooo i have an idea that i am going to try.

Well I deleted my last posting of this but, now I'm reposting it. I wish that there was a way that someone could videotape themselves making deals and posting them on here for up and new investors like myself to get motivated from. The other reason why I'm recommend this is because that I'm a visual learner. Right now it is hard for me to get started for the fact that I can't see how it is done and need help in that way.

Who would be interested in letting Dean know & the DG Team of how important & helpful in would be if their was a website that the DG success team can use in providing investors with funds available in your local area, or anywhere in the U.S. with quick access to getting their contact info & knowing how much each investor has to lend at the time.
