I would like to have a conversation with the people that did not have ANY money to front. I would like to understand how Scott Patten was able to make his deal and how?
Think a Little Different
How can I contact some of these people such as Scott Patten?

Think A Little Different Course
April 13th, 2008 | posted by millionaremind007hey I am really new to this Real Estate thing and I am pumped up about getting started. I am waiting for my course to get here this week, I purchased it Tuesday and paid the extra to get it sooner. My question is, as far as I know I paid for the course and the 4closure Alert, what is the difference between this course and the Be A Millionare in Real Estate book that Dean has?? Any advice for me?
"If It Was Such A Good Deal Someone Else Would Have Already Bought It"
March 28th, 2008 | posted by cbrpowerEarly on when I started learning about real estate I constantly wrestled with the fact that I was just a beginner and if I uncovered a "good deal" then I must be missing something because if it was that good of a deal someone more talented than me would have already bought it. Man was I wrong. I was bound determined to buy what I thought was a good deal even if I messed it up. I worked endlessly. Literally night and day and on weekends. Here is what I found. There were more money making deals than I could handle!
LLC benefits
March 23rd, 2008 | posted by FDrakeHello,
does anyone know about the benefits of creating a LLC or corporation in order to buy real estate? I have really bad credit as well as deeply in debt. I have heard that you can create a LLC or corporation in order to start up a line of credit in the corporation or LLC's name and therefore be able to purchase real estate as well as protect my own assets ets. Any thoughts or comments? Any advise or help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
PRIVATE INVESTORS
February 20th, 2008 | posted by WMCCCSNHi, I have located an apartment complex with 16 apartments. 13 are rented with a monthly income of about $14,000. The owner would be willing to sell for $1,000,000.00. The value of this complex is way more than that. I have not locked it because I'm still looking for a serious investor willing to make from $70,000 to $100,000 profit in a short time frame. "DEAN" IF YOU'RE READING THIS, AND THINK A LITTLE DIFFERENT, SEND ME AN E-MAIL TO: WMCCCSN@**** AND MAYBE WE CAN DISCUSS IT FURTHER!. This goes to any investor who is willing to be in the right place at the right time!!!!
renters or buyers
February 15th, 2008 | posted by D-HIHi... I am debating buying some properties and rent them out. But will people be more likely to rent now or buy now. I amean the market is down so some people might be" hey lets buy, its cheap" but then others may be like "lets rent for a year and wait for the market to stop going down"
So which do think....as an investor do you think poeple will rent more now or buy?
Thanks,
D
Cycles
February 15th, 2008 | posted by maxtugHello,
I am new to this but I am a firm believer in cycles. Looking at today's headlines and what is going on in the world today, does anyone out there believe we are going into what Dean calls the rare 5th cycle?
Thanks in advance for responding,
