Website Help and Feedback ONLY (no real estate talk)

I have noticed that there is a lot of "new users" coming on this website simply to post something to sell. Houses, services, coaching, whatever in the classified section. Perhaps it would be proper to not allow posting classified ads until the earlier of 6 months on the site or 100 points (or some other matrix). Just an idea.

Does anyone know of any private lenders ( Not hard money) That will lend 100% financing on a shortsale property,or become a partner with me on a great deal i have in Rhode Island ? It's 4 unit multi, that needs no repairs,and going for 90,000. The property will generate 2500 month in income.

I just went to watch some of the past Video Blogs, so I clicked the Deans Video Blog link on the side... I noticed when you watch the latest blog (111) from THAT specific page, it doesn't play the correct blog, but something from Slack Friday.. If you play it from the main page it works correctly though.

Just a heads up, since I think it will throw some other people off that aren't too good with computers.

How about setting up a autorespond comment to each new member to have them complete their profile as an important part of getting the best experience from the website; or,

How about making the name AND location part of the website mandatory to complete before a username can be set-up.

Just a thought.

Can you add Google Search to your site to make it easier to search? Or perhaps you can update the forums where one can save their favorite threads or at least search for their own posts.

Also, links to The Insider's Edge and other seminars (their schedule) would be helpful.

I have been watching all the videos I have been reading the books but still cant seem to get started. I am new to the Success Academy and Deans website just this week. I am a little lost finding where to post content into the forums / journals.

I would like to begin connecting with the community here. Could someone point me in the right direction for posting and also responding to others posts?

I am a 12 year veteran of the real estate business, but am new to the investing side. I bring alot of experience and tools with me, but also realize I have a lot to learn regarding the investor side.
