There is couple houses that will like to making offer, but should we go see the house before we put out offer with all the comps and all?

we try to do the numbers making offer. but I don't know if did it right.

10 comps in the area with average $69740 SQ ft 1040 and about $15000-20000 rehab $66.9 per sq ft

Asking house is $79900, 1475 sq ft, 4/2 with 39 day CDOM WE do the number just want to know if that's right.

Does anyone know if the 30 Days to RE Cash is available on MP3 Audio?

I have the other book and I would love to have this one also. I listen to these in my truck as I work during the day.

Business Credit

Lately there's been a lot of buzz about business credit. On how you could get certain banks to loan a specified amount of money for your business operation with out having to use your personal credit what ever the condition of that is.

I was wondering if there was anyone with in the DG Family that has been able to use business credit successfully for your RE business and what the process is.

Has anyone actually done a no money down deal,got cash back at closing? If so did you own the property and rent it?

Putting in my foot work... found 3 REO's today

Today went driving around with the misses and found 3 great properties, looks to be bank owned (REO).

Putting out the calls and contact tomorrow to the banks and checking out the situation with those properties... hopefully bank says they are up for grabs ; ) wish me luck guys
