No money down and cash at closing

Has anyone actually done a no money down deal,got cash back at closing? If so did you own the property and rent it?

I don't know , but I do believe someone will come along and mention it.

This is a good question since we don't know when we could use this to our advantage.

Sometimes it's the little things that make us different.

I do this all the time!

When I provide a buyer for a fellow wholesaler I get my split at closing. Not one cent of my money down.

When I wholesale a property that I have under contract, I use my buyers money to cover the earnest and walk away with cash at closing. Not one cent of my own money down.
