I believed it when I read the techniques work ANYWHERE. I avoided people that told me it may work in Midwest, but it won't work here.

starting my 4th month of flooding the market with offers (20% discounted), advertising, emailing FSB/O's, business cards everywhere & nothing!

Have been showing steady improvement in setting up the business. I have all the web sites set up and need only to record the new messages for the telephone answering extensions. The problem arising is the that at times I get a little down thinking of all the debt I have incurred in the past that needs to be paid off. I truly believe that this system will work and I will be successful, but there are times when this attitude comes face to face with everyday life. I do not know if others have experienced this feeling but I am determined to beat my present situation.

Do you guys have the service information that controls the voice mails and also the faxes. What's the name of the company again and did it cost $29.95 per month ?

Hello all, this is my first post, and I just am grateful to visit a site that's like this, with so much valuable information and supportive, positive and motivating people driving the site. I have a hard situation. I was able to listen to the audio call yesterday by being sneaky and was able to stay late at the library and use the pc to hear the call. I felt great, even though I got into some trouble for still being there by the staff. My situation is this, I want to purchase that package SOOOO badly, but I can't afford it at all, even the payments, I can't afford to do it at all.

wait… let me back up a little.

I’ve been studying and reading up on Real Estate Investing pretty intensely for the past few weeks, and have been conducting most of my research though Dean Graziosi, whose books “Be a Real Estate Millionaire” and “Profit From Real Estate Right Now” I’ve read through a couple times.

Listening to the call, hearing Mr/Mrs Indiana Joe's comments and it hit to me to start a journal of our own. As a spirit led, Husband/Wife team, it will be fun to track our activities, successes & failures to monitor our progress. They say you can learn alot from the mistakes of others, but I think by documenting a journal of activities, we will learn alot from ourselves in looking back on our story as it unfolds.

Looking forward to contributing more & sharing many successful REI deals soon.
