I am a new investor in Kenosha, WI. I am struggling to find a real estate agent.

I tried cold calling and found one agent. After several months, he backed out. He voiced some concerns that we could not overcome.

I am looking for some suggestions on locating a great real estate agent. One that would be open to learning along side me. One that wants to go far.

What have you done to find that real estate agent that makes your team successful? How did you meet this agent? Please share. I know there is an agent out there waiting to be found.

Advice is welcome also!! Things are moving slow on the investors side, I'm not sure how to exactly attract more investors and start making deals. I'm working on my first deal..

Hello fellow investors. I am looking to add one to three new agents to my power team. I would like a referral for agents who will actually take time out to screen potential properties for me. We currently have two that have me on Auto Responders that are super annoying and spamming my inbox. I am not finding anything worth investing in. Most of these listings are crap and offer me nothing of content to submit offers. Anyone working in Wayne County of Metro Detroit MI! Please send me some referrals!!

When we decided to start investing in real estate FEAR went through me,im not a people person how can i do this are you nuts..You see my better half ( Suzy ) is, she deals with people all day long i ( Aaron ) build stuff no people just me and product so how can i do this...
FEAR has a good hold on me, so now what..Ive decided no more will this control me so i found an event that Dean is putting on that we can take a 3 day training course and get some hands on help.
Nobody has more fear than me right now so if anybody needs help getting started lets do this together,time to takeover FEAR and just do it...

Hi everyone, my name is steve and obviously... i'm in Canada. I looked through and there are a few posts on Canada here but seemingly very old and maybe not quite refined to what i want to talk about. Since this is my very first post if I need my hands slapped for something wrong just do it quick, hurts less then. Anyway, one other quick point to admin, i'm part of deans advanced training, boots on the ground all that stuff. I noticed there was quite a few students in my classes and since we are your largest trading partners, i'm wondering if you should have a specific forum topic here on Canada, like what works what doesn't. I have noticed some dissimilarities in varying aspects.
