San Fernando Valley Wholesaler looking for CASH BUYERS AND/OR PARTNER

Hi I'm fairly new to wholesaling and am planning to get started ASAP. I'm looking for people in SoCal specifically the San Fernando valley area who maybe are seasoned wholesalers and would be willing to show me the ropes on a wholesale deal.

I read Dean's book…30 days to real estate cash and I understand all the fundamentals but I'd like to partner up with someone in the area. Also if there are any cash buyers looking for properties in the SFV please don't hesistate to contact me with what you're looking for. Thanks!
