I am 3/4 of the way through Deans Profit from real estate Right Now book. I am totally fired up about this amazing opportunity. Are any of you currently duplicating Deans system here in South Florida. If yes. What has been your experience?

My husband and i are just starting in
real estate investing and we are looking for fellow investors in Reno/Sparks area to network with.

I too am a newbie and just finished his other book. Not the new one. I need a Success Buddie and Investor groupies to network with. Hoping I'm not alone this direction of the USA.

I have bee approached my somone claiming to have ties with Dean who say they are 'mentors'. They want their money 'upfront' so I would like toknow if thery are legit and how much do they really help.

Hello DG fam : ). Im still reading and trying to soak up as much information as I can, but I know I still have a long way to go. I've seen a few things I want to make an offer on but I want to make sure I know what Im doing 100% first. I would like to have a mentor just to get some tips and advice from as well.
