Just thought I'd throw these out there for those that are having a hard time building a buyers list. I know it's not much, but every bit counts, so yeah I hope it helps.

1. Go to a local real estate club and ask people for the properties they're interested in

2. Go to a public auction and ask people for the properties they're interested in

3. Ask a renter for the properties he's interested in

4. Look for the "I buy houses" ads in the newspaper

5. Go to craigslist, backpage or any other websites that have ads

I really want to thank everybody for contributing to this site as often as they do, and for keeping it as positive as they do. I know its a rule, but I can feel its authenticity. I purchased Dean's books about 3 months ago and then joined the success academy shortly thereafter, and have not been even closely disappointed with either. I told myself that this is what I'm going to do and I'm not going to lose grip of it, so I put this as my homepage.

I would like to find someone that is the Seattle Tacoma area that is on Dean's program to see if we could do a potential partnership.

I'm new to RE investing, and I was wondering if anyone on here was from the Pittsburgh, PA area. I'm just looking for any information or possible referrals for good agents, RE attorneys, etc.
