Ok. I'm 18, have no money, no job(not on purpose. I've looked. Just no luck. Plus, I like Real Estate more than anything out there anyways.), and basically nothing to my name. Except a $48.00 phone bill. But, I need to know if there is anything I can do quickly to make at least $1500 by November in my situation?

i just recently ordered DG's two books from the TV ad and i am almost done reading "Profit from Real Estate Right Now" i was just wondering if there is anyone in Oahu, Hawaii that i can ask questions with and keep in contact because i need help and i don't have the finances right now. Is there anyone in the Tulsa-Oklahoma area on Dean's program?
I'm new on Dean's Program and I'm so excited, however I have so many doubts that I would like to meet with people who have done deals with Dean's strategies.

I've been talking about an investing club for a couple of months now and we finally had our first meeting. It was an informal setting but we got to know each other and talk about all the different aspects of Real Estate. I invited a Realtor who is a "Go Getter" and everyone was excited to hear how she operates. We had only 6 of us present but its a start. 4 others couldnt make it but we are planning to meet every Wednesday to build up our group before we become an official group.

Have joined the academy in August 09 and still have to do my first deal.
I am in Murrieta, CA. The market is crazy: multiple offers on everything, Short sales taking months for responses, no fixers because banks are fixing here.
So, I am turning to trustee sales.
Found great opportunities with 20% built in net profit, in a 60 day flip.
Only caveat I need to show up with 300K in cash at auction.
Anybody interested in splitting profit?

I have a distant family member who has fallen on hard times and is about to lose their vacation home to an auction on Sept 15th. The house in this market would sell for around $700K. It's a few houses from the ocean and in IMPECCABLE condition. In a good market the home sold for $1,000,000. They tried desperately to come up with the $60K to satisfy the bank but can't raise the money.
Since the house will be sold at auction on Sept 15th, I wondered if anyone was interested in somehow purchasing it from them QUICKLY. They owe $350K on it in total.

Is anyone reading this using Deans program in the Kansas area????

I would be interested and curious to find out what someone else is or has been doing in my area, to see or talk about what deals they are/have done so far.
