Hi, All. I am in Northwest Indiana and I want to know are there any Northwest Indiana students of Dean's out there. I would love to share ideas and possibly learn other strategies for investing here. All help will be appreciated. I am a newbie to this area, and it took me over a year to learn the market and the area. I'm originally from Chicago, and I would love to get a deal. I had two deals that fell through, but I am not giving up.

I have read Dean's book How to be a Real Estate Millionaire book in 3 days and i am absorbing as much information as i can, and now i feel stuck. I know i need to be getting my power team together but i have been gathering so much information that i dont know what to do; i know it sounds weird.
