I have been wholesaling real estate now for about a year and I am looking to utilize my resources and deals and start rehabbing and doing some fix and flips.

I have been wholesaling 2-5 properties a month, but I really want to start getting into the rehabs myself. I have a full team of contractors through partnerships and family (GC, plumbers, electricians, etc), and I am looking for an equity partner who wants to make some money with real estate.

Hi everyone and thanks for visiting this discussion.I was doing some reserch and found a million dollar house that last sold for 55,000 and i was shocked,how could that be.
So i figured i'd start a forum on this and get some answers from some investers that could maybe do some further research on this property.

It is 6101 Waitsfield Dr.S,Jamesville,NY.13078

I put it into total view and bam,sold for 55,000 dollars,if you are curious,like i am,and could give me some insight on how this house was bought so cheap.I'm thinking it was a tax sale,but i don't know how to find out if it was,maybe you do.....it is too cheap to be true.

My name is Christina and my partners' name is Patrick. We are relatively new to the investing world. We have read Dean's books and are taking the courses through the Success Academy. We love everything we are learning and implement all the techniques as much as possible. However, within the past week, we seem to have reached a slump. I am looking for a realtor experienced in the Tampa Bay Area that can work very well with investors. Up to date the ones i have met do not fit my criteria. If anyone knows or can recommend me the name of a realtor in the Tampa Area, i would highly appreciate your help on this.

I have met a few realtors but have not found that one that I can work really close with. I work alot with the hispanic community and if the realtor speaks Spanish even better.
