Im an ACTIVE wholesaler in Wayne County but soon I will have enough funds to start buying my own properties. Im a 24 year old full-time college student and i'm going to be looking for deals full time once my semester is over next month. The west coast is already stabilizing (Vegas,Cali,Arizona,etc. as well as Florida. Here in Michigan we still have time to take advantage of the down market and we can accelerate our efforts if we work together. Hi my name is Jake and I'm trying to get my first deal going but I am not sure where to start. thanks a bunch

I am still reading and preparing myself to try to get into my first deal. Any thoughts or opinions on doing a fix and flip for my first deal? Fix and flips have always been my dream career. Should I dive right into that or pursue something a little smaller to get my feet wet first?
