PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A FEE!

Is there anyone on here investing in Ventura County (Oxnard or Ventura area)? I'm hoping to network with someone closer to my area.

Networking does not just entail:

-Going on DG or CL or Lead Tackle or any other re social spot telling people you're a buyer and have homes or can get others homes

-Posting ads for houses you really don't own

-Adding to a phantom list of buyers who may not be who they say they are

-Going on a site and misleading people to who you really aren't

Networking mostly entails:

-Face to face interaction. Nothing better than and more convenient for you then when an attorney or cash buyer or title processor or mortgage broker calls you and tells you about a client they have who needs a home or a house they have they want you to sell or find a buyer for. That happens mostly from personally knowing and interacting with that person(s).

I was just sitting on the couch in my PJ's this morning when I flipped to a new show from Dean on TV. He has a FREE workshop in my area this upcoming week! I didn't even really watch the show. I immediately ran to my computer to register. Dean won't be there himself (he can't be everywhere at once), but he's giving away free goodies and no doubt a LOT of info.

Would like to find serious partner in SE Wisconsin or even other states who are serious and have time to get deals done now. Have 2 very good agents I also work with, but do find several FSBO.
I know many people are busy with the holidays, I don't do anything, as the family isn't around here.
So I have time and needed deals "yesterday."
I am a DG member and also have the SFL, but not being computer savvy, never use it..but the DVDs are priceless! Good info and training.
But only want someone serious who needs deals done now.
I started to learn about probates which would be a something else I want to get into soon.
I live right in the middle of Madison and Milwaukee, and wish I could find someone close to me that wanted to share in the training.

I have some experience but am finally ready to "kick it up a notch"! My goal is to wholesale. If there is someone outside of Connecticut that wants to do quick wholesale deals and partner with me pls contact me also.

I am a Memphis Tn resident and have purchased 3 of DG's books now, the latest just 2 days ago. I built huge custom homes as well as the general track homes for nearly 20 years so I know building PHd-like. I worked in mortgages and processing for nearly 4 years. My parents at one time owned 17 properties, but not anymore. I have managed to educated myself along the way regarding real estate, and have known for some time that this would be a great way for me to move up the financial ladder. However, I just wanted to play golf too much....lolol

We have done several successful deals, thanks to Dean's books and R.E. academy and we are looking for like-minded DG community here in Florida who would like to network and encourage each other. I got my real estate license a year ago so we wouldn't leave so much money on the table and I'd be happy to help if you can't find a realtor willing to put low offers on the table for you.

REI is great way to create wealth and HELP other people. However, in my yrs in this business, I have come across some of the most RUTHLESS and GREEDY people I have ever seen in my life.

WE are supposed to be HELPING people by solving their problems, NOT STEALING their HOME and milking every dollar we can get. Morals and ethics have been replaced by GREED and these so called "investors" give REAL INVESTORS a bad rep and NO wonder people DON'T want to deal with us. GET IT?

Case and point: I once HELPED a homeowner facing foreclosure, their power was off,no phone,no money and they had paid down their mortgage to where they had over $100k in equity. These are NOT bad ppl, they have just experienced hard times.
