OfflineI was just sitting on the couch in my PJ's this morning when I flipped to a new show from Dean on TV. He has a FREE workshop in my area this upcoming week! I didn't even really watch the show. I immediately ran to my computer to register. Dean won't be there himself (he can't be everywhere at once), but he's giving away free goodies and no doubt a LOT of info.
I pray that I'll be able to make it. I'll have to wait until my husband gets home from work to use our truck. (Hope they'll let me in if I'm a little late.)

Thank you for sharing this information. I registered online for the event in my area and I received a confirmation letter in the mail. I look forward to learning a lot and hopefully meeting and networking with other real estate investors in this area and possibly increasing my buyers list. I wonder who will conduct the workshop?

I checked www.deansohevent.com and apparently there is nothing planned. Does anyone have any info on when/if there will be an event coming to Northeast Ohio anytime in the foreseeable future??

So glad my post was of use to you. I unfortunately was unable to make it to the event after all. (Ugh.) Maybe when I get a new vehicle I can go to another one.

I attended THE INSIDERS EDGE event held at the Holiday Inn in Everett Wa.
11/21/10 and it was awesome. Attendee's received a free digital camera
and two dvd's. On dvd 2 books, BAREM and PFRARN and EMPOWERING CONVERSATIONS
with Matt Larsen and Bill O'Rafferty, you also qualify to receive access to
nationwide private listings of pre-auction/pre-foreclosure homes. These are
the same private listings that institutional investors and real estate agencies receive from foreclosure attorneys and other pre-foreclosure sources daily! Interview with Matt and Bill by Dean is awesome, Matt talked about his
6 step system and the dvd he created called RIPS. Bill explained how to find a
realtor and how to prequalify them. I would encourage other investors to attend this event if you can, so much new information to glean from

Northeastern Ohio events are coming up in mid-February! I just checked again. Hope you get to attend.

We went to the workshop in Tulsa, OK and it was great! We purchased couple other clases and believe that our real estate investments paid for the clases. I think it is worth doing, plus you will have the opportunity to networth with other investors and cash buyers.
