Looking to meet anybody from DG family in the Birminham Al area. I Have trip scheduled for week of Feb 6 2013 to tour the area.

As we prepare for the upcoming Superbowl (I had a ball with my grandsons at the NFL experience last night) I can't help but wonder if investors still view our city as a good place to invest. Yes, New Orleans is the center of attention right now with the Superbowl just days away. But, do investors really know we have houses priced at 1980s prices. And the rents (they haven't dropped in years) have the potential to generate great cashflows for investors. I know, many cities have similar situations, but believe me the rents here far outpace the asking prices several times over. As a broker and investors of 30+ years, I just want to call investors attention to the many opportunities New Orleans has to offer besides partying, the Superbowl and Mardi Gras.
