Does anyone know how to go about investing in vacant properties? I have a list of homes, but I have no idea how to get a valid new number or address. I've looked into a couple of skip traces cites, but most of them took my money and gave me white pages information. If anyone in the North Jersey or is interested in investing here know the processes or is interested in doing deals together feel free to PM me. I'm looking to have an open discussion. Please all positive comments, if you don't think there is opportunities in vacant properties its fine, but please don't tell me I'm wasting my time. We all have a niche. Thank you and God Bless.

I am feeling very disappointed in myself.....

I feel as if I have missed the boat so to speak. I live in Minnesota and it's just about September, it's just about time for the weather to turn and I am wondering if this means it just about time for the deals to dry up here?

I feel as if the opportunity I have invested in has been wasted and now I don't know what to do. I went to one of Deans free events October 2012. I was so excited by everything I heard. I felt as if this was the break this single mom of 6 who struggles financially (20 hrs of work a week isn't much to raise a family on) but isn't afraid of hard work had been looking for. I scraped begged and borrowed to raise enough money to go to an additional 3 day event. It was amazing.

I recently compiled a list of vacant properties in the NJ area that I'd like to get deals done with. However I have no idea where to start or how to get the new number of the owner of the vacant properties. Are there any RE agents or investors that would like to team up with me and work through my list? I'd rather share a profit than do it by myself and not get anything.
